Job Description

A Learning Experience Designer (LXD) is responsible for creating engaging, learner-centric educational content and experiences that facilitate effective learning. LXDs focus on understanding the needs of the learner, developing clear learning objectives, and designing interactive, accessible, and innovative instructional materials using a variety of multimedia and educational technologies. They may collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and developers to create digital learning experiences for online courses, corporate training, or educational institutions.
