The Senior Plant HR is responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources activities at the pharmaceutical plant. This role requires expertise in HR practices tailored to a manufacturing environment within the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry, including workforce management, labor law compliance, employee relations, and talent development. The Senior Plant HR ensures that the plant’s HR policies align with corporate objectives while complying with industry standards, safety regulations, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
