A PeopleSoft HCM Developer specializes in designing, developing, and maintaining the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role involves customizing and optimizing PeopleSoft HCM modules to meet an organization’s HR, payroll, and talent management needs. The developer works closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to implement new features, ensure data integrity, and enhance system functionality. Key responsibilities include writing and testing custom code, troubleshooting issues, and participating in upgrades and integrations with other systems.
