The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical role within the sales organization, responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel by generating and qualifying leads. SDRs are responsible for outbound prospecting, identifying potential business opportunities, and qualifying leads to hand over to the sales team. The role requires a proactive, goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
