A Customer Success Architect - Cyber Security is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, optimization, and long-term success of cybersecurity solutions for clients. This role combines technical expertise in cybersecurity with strong customer relationship skills, focusing on helping clients deploy and use cybersecurity products effectively while addressing unique security needs. As a trusted advisor, the Customer Success Architect works closely with customer stakeholders, providing technical guidance, conducting regular health checks, and ensuring that clients are protected against emerging threats
