As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) focused on the Security Operations Center (SOC), you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients derive maximum value from our security products and services. You will work directly with customers to understand their security needs, optimize their experience with our SOC offerings, and ensure they are able to leverage the full suite of tools to protect their organization from cybersecurity threats.
