A Senior Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and security of an organization's databases. They ensure that the databases are running efficiently, securely, and can handle the increasing demands of the business. This role requires a deep understanding of database management systems (DBMS), database architecture, and performance tuning.
