Job Description

Oversee and manage the international supply chain operations, including customer service, distribution planning, logistics, and warehouse management. Design, implement, and optimize Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) across all warehouse locations. Optimize inventory levels based on demand forecasts at central and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses globally, addressing supply constraints and business needs. Manage logistics cost and performance, focusing on cost reduction while ensuring high service quality standards. Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely stock replenishment, proper cycle counts, and optimal stock coverage. Supervise warehouse operations to support both B2B and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) fulfillment.
