Job Description

- Manage e-commerce logistics operations, including optimizing order fulfillment timelines, order load allocation, and per-order logistics costs. - Identify and partner with the right logistic carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts. - Develop strong relations and be updated on shipping carriers, routes, rates, and any changes to them. - Review and analyze budgets, expenditures, and operations related to order fulfillment. - Develop and implement standard operating processes to scale and improve operations. - Identify and automate all shipping processes, documentation, and reporting. - Review the processes through the customer feedback mechanism and provide feedback and suggestions to modify them to enhance customer experience - Ensure all operations adhere to laws and guidelines set out by competent authorities.
