Manage all email communications with buyers, ensuring clear, professional, and timely responses.Review all new and specific jewellery briefs, collaborating with production and PPC (Production Planning & Control) teams to ensure samples are production friendly. Send approved samples and briefs to customers, providing tracking details and photos.Prepare and send all inspection reports to customers, ensuring thorough documentation and accuracy. Manage approvals for PP samples, shipment samples, and packaging samples, including tracking details, and ensure timely customer communication. Coordinate the testing of all components with labs and communicate results to buyers.
