Job Description

1 Operations Responsible for FTWZ and Domestic Warehouse Operations 100% accuracy in inward/outward/cycle count/Document management/WMS reports/MIS and Timely submission Follow and adherence of SOP and set process of customer operations. No debit note from customer on account of failure of SOP (Ensure there are no financial impact to the company) Verification of service partner Bills / Invoices and timely submission to further approval.(HO) 2 Customer Satisfaction and relationship management Achievement of Customer KPIs as discussed and agreed in the Customer Contract Reduction in complaints, Timely Submission of RCA and CAPA and follow up with 3PL service partner Delivery of commitments as per SOP & No service Failure Day to day close coordination with customer/Internal team and maintaining good relationship.
