A Scrum Master (with Scaled Agile certification) is responsible for facilitating the Agile Scrum process within a team or organization, ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed and helping teams deliver high-quality software. The Scrum Master acts as a servant leader who helps teams improve their processes, removes impediments, and fosters a collaborative environment. When Scaled Agile is part of the job, the Scrum Master also works across multiple teams, aligning them to enterprise-level goals and scaling Agile principles effectively across larger projects or programs.
