Job Description

Ensure SAP Onlinenes is maintained in spirit in matter of GRN, Production, Sales & all financial transactions. Accuracy of accounts in all respects to be ensured through daily checks of total GRNS, Total Production & Total dispatches and matching the same with SAP records. Ensure Cash is maintained (as per detailed guidance Note) Ensure Banking Transactions for collections & payments are maintained, and all bank accounts are reconciled daily. Ensure that cycle count is done & entered in the system on regular basis. Engineering Spares & Fuel Consumption is booked regularly by the productions/stores teams.
