The HR Manager (Female) will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function within the organization. This includes managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. The HR Manager will also work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.
