Good knowledge on sourcing of instrumentation parts. Should be able to travel across India. Knowledge in SAP ERP. Actuator documentation knowledge. Service support co-ordination with suppliers for all type of actuators. Purchase order process knowledge. Actuators manufacturing status monitoring. Monthly status update followup from actuator suppliers. Cost savings projects. Moderate level Microsoft Excel knowledge. Basic understanding of cost elements and pricing workout. Basic knowledge on imports. Logistics followup. Awareness on Goods receipt process. Tracking of vendor invoices, payments and ensuring seamless accounting by coordinating with Finance team. Knowledge on Letter of credit transactions. Understanding of Inco terms.
