A Technical Architect/Tech Lead/Sr. SDE (Java Full Stack) in an Individual Contributor (IC) Role is responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems across both frontend and backend technologies, focusing on Java-based stacks. This role involves high-level technical leadership without direct managerial responsibilities, guiding the technical direction of projects, overseeing architecture decisions, and ensuring the best practices in development are followed. The individual contributor will also be responsible for hands-on coding, reviewing code quality, and mentoring junior developers.
