Job Description

A Scrum Master is a facilitator and coach for an Agile development team, ensuring that the team follows Scrum practices and principles. The Scrum Master works to remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress, helps improve team collaboration, and ensures that Scrum events (such as sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) are held effectively. They are responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team and across the organization.
