Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, and networking. Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up to nurture relationships. Sales Strategy and Execution: Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Market Research and Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities. Provide insights and feedback to the management team to improve products/services. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions. Use CRM tools to track sales performance and client data. Qualifications and Skills Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Previous sales experience is an advantage, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
