Job Description
Strong background in managing Desktops, Peripherals, Packaging, Deployment & Patching with Security/Windows background. Provide level 3 technical support for all Windows based (Win10/win 11) clients. Understanding of active directory, logon scripts, group policies and & troubleshoot antivirus (windows defender) Experience in Client, network (DNS/DHCP), and Windows server troubleshooting Experience in Monitoring, troubleshooting, Plan and Deployment of applications in Phased manner and proactive recommendations whenever needed in our environment. Build and Engineer Windows client infrastructures and solutions. You will be on weekly support during business hours (=Ombuds as per Colruyt terminology) on as per the team roaster through the year. work close with other technical teams for incident/problem coordination. Experience working on migrations (Win 10 to Win11)
