Job Description
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the general trade channel by actively engaging with retail stores and distributors. Identify and onboard new retail stores to expand the company’s presence and ensure optimal coverage in the assigned territory. Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and distributors to enhance product placement and availability. Execute company sales strategies and promotional activities at the store level to drive product sales and visibility. Regularly visit retail outlets to ensure stock availability, resolve any concerns, and monitor competitor activities. Collect and report feedback from trade partners regarding product performance, market trends, and customer preferences. Work closely with distributors to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery of products. Provide regular sales updates, reports, and insights to the sales manager, highlighting challenges and opportunities in the territory. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product portfolio and provide product knowledge to retail partners when required. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional guidelines.
