Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive company image. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, ensuring a resolution in a timely and effective manner. Escalate complex issues to relevant teams while following up until resolution. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and a positive attitude. Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Feedback and Reporting: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve products and services. Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports to management.3
