We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dialer Specialist to manage and optimize our outbound dialing operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating and maintaining dialer systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving productivity through efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities Dialer Operations: Configure, monitor, and manage dialer systems to optimize outbound calling campaigns. Ensure accurate and timely data uploads and campaign scheduling. Troubleshoot and resolve dialer-related issues to minimize downtime. Performance Monitoring: Analyze dialer performance metrics, including connection rates, call outcomes, and agent productivity. Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management and recommend improvements.
