Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall goals. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Oversee performance management and ensure periodic performance reviews. Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
