Job Description

Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of sales officers in promoting and selling home loans and LAP products. Their key responsibilities include overseeing the team’s performance, setting sales targets, and ensuring the team meets these goals. They provide coaching and guidance to team members, helping them develop their sales skills and understand loan products and procedures. The Team Leader monitors the progress of loan applications, coordinates with other departments (such as underwriting and operations), and ensures timely approvals and disbursals. Additionally, they handle escalated customer issues, build and maintain relationships with clients, and track the team’s overall performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. They also conduct market research, stay updated on competitor offerings, and contribute to strategy development for lead generation and business growth. A strong focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction is key in this role.
