Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Area Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for Client Acquisition - Identify and acquire clients for Business LAP products. Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-value customers through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners. Financial Analysis - Evaluate clients' financials and property documents to assess loan eligibility and structure customized LAP solutions. Sales Target Achievement - Drive sales to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for LAP products. Customer Relationship Management - Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Product Promotion - Educate clients about Business LAP features, benefits, and processes to boost product adoption. Credit Process Coordination - Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications and timely disbursals. Compliance and Risk Mitigation - Ensure all sales processes adhere to internal and external regulatory guidelines. Monitor loan accounts to identify and manage risks effectively. Market Research and Competitor- Analysis Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.Have experience in Team Handling also.
