Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including environmental laws in mining, occupational safety standards, and retail operational standards.Lead initiatives to adopt environmentally sustainable practices in the mining division, reducing the environmental impact of extraction and promoting responsible mining.The Business Head for the Marble Retail and Mining Business will lead all operations and strategic planning for both our premium marble retail business and our marble mining operations. This unique role requires expertise in both luxury retail and mining management, ensuring the seamless supply of high-quality marble from extraction to retail sales. The candidate will oversee mining operations, including extraction, production, and quality control, while also managing retail sales, customer engagement, and business growth. This role demands a leader who can integrate production efficiency, quality control, and luxury customer experience to position our marble as a top choice for high-end clients.
