We are seeking a highly skilled Mining Engineer to join the Mining & Mineral Processing industry. The Mining Engineer for the – Mineral & Clay (Kaolin Mine) will manage the planning, design, and optimization of kaolin extraction operations. This role involves working with geological and engineering teams to assess deposits, design mining plans, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.Oversee production to ensure consistent, high-quality kaolin output. Coordinate with quality control teams to meet client specifications.Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions.Utilize mining and simulation software to improve mining efficiency.Supervise and train mining staff on safety protocols and equipment usage.Develop mining plans to maximize kaolin extraction while minimizing waste.
