Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Business LAP to join our team in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry, based in Surat and Ahemdabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, executing strategic plans to exceed regional targets, and building strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other key stakeholders. This role involves identifying potential channel partners, ensuring compliance with business SOPs, and managing the distribution network effectively.
Key responsibilities include handling customer documentation, supporting application processes, and ensuring seamless service delivery in collaboration with internal teams. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring sales promotions, providing timely updates on loan status, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the team. Additionally, the role requires maintaining MIS reports and databases while actively cross-selling insurance and related financial products.
