Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Factory Workers to join our production team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, packaging goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Assembly:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, sorting, and packing materials.

• Quality Control:

  • Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues.
  • Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure high product standards.

• Workplace Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow all safety guidelines and workplace regulations.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Report any workplace hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

• Maintenance & Housekeeping:

  • Keep workstations clean and organized.
  • Assist with routine equipment maintenance as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
• Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery and handle tools safely.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations and quality control.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if necessary.
