Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Chemist to ensure the quality and compliance of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. The ideal candidate will conduct laboratory tests, analyze results, and ensure that all products meet industry regulations and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laboratory Testing & Analysis:

  • Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
  • Use laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and other analytical equipment.
  • Ensure test results comply with regulatory and company specifications.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Maintain proper documentation and report test results accurately.
  • Investigate deviations and out-of-specification (OOS) results, reporting findings to management.

• Process Monitoring & Improvement:

  • Support production teams in troubleshooting quality-related issues.
  • Assist in developing and validating test methods.
  • Recommend improvements in testing procedures and quality control measures.
