Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and expertise in quality management systems (QMS).
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FDA, or other relevant regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
- Develop and enforce quality control processes across production.

Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis:
- Identify areas for quality improvement and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Utilize methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Analyze defect reports and lead root cause investigations.

Team Leadership & Training:
- Supervise and mentor the quality control and assurance team.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Foster a quality-conscious culture within the organization.
