Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, process optimization, cost control, safety compliance, and team leadership to ensure efficiency and high-quality output. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and expertise in manufacturing and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Production Management:
- Oversee all plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze production data to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Process Improvement & Cost Control:
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Reduce waste, improve efficiency, and maximize plant output.
- Monitor budgets and control production costs without compromising quality.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management:
- Supervise and mentor production supervisors, engineers, and factory workers.
- Develop training programs to enhance team performance and safety awareness.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to minimize workplace incidents.
- Conduct regular safety audits and initiate corrective actions as needed.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
- Oversee raw material procurement, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize material flow and prevent production delays.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and quality control standards.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies.
