Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, cost control, safety compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Plant Manager will lead a team to ensure efficient production while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Production Management:

  • Oversee and manage all plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet business goals.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze data to optimize plant performance.

• Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, OSHA, and other industry-specific standards.
  • Implement quality control processes and ensure adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Address quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
