Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and experience in production management and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
  • Ensure proper allocation of workforce, machinery, and materials.

• Quality & Process Improvement:

  • Implement and maintain quality control standards in line with industry and company requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization techniques.
  • Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
