Job Description

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Food Factory Workers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food production, packaging, quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Production & Assembly:

  • Operate machinery and equipment to process and package food products.
  • Follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures to produce high-quality food products.
  • Assist with food preparation, including measuring ingredients and mixing.

• Quality Control & Inspection:

  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.
  • Report any issues with product quality to supervisors.
  • Maintain proper food storage and temperature control to ensure freshness and safety.

• Packaging & Labeling:

  • Package food products according to company specifications.
  • Ensure labels are applied correctly and all packaging meets regulatory standards.
  • Prepare food products for shipping or distribution.

• Sanitation & Safety Compliance:

  • Adhere to all food safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
  • Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

• Teamwork & Communication:

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors to address any concerns or challenges.
