Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all production activities, ensuring products meet quality standards, managing the production team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in production management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Coordination:

  • Develop and implement production schedules and ensure efficient use of resources to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with various departments (such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance) to ensure a smooth flow of production.
  • Monitor production performance and adjust schedules and resources as necessary to meet production targets.

• Quality Control & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards for all produced goods, including conducting inspections and audits.
  • Implement corrective actions for quality issues and track performance against company quality goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality protocols.
