Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Quality Assurance to lead our quality assurance (QA) team and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role involves developing quality policies, overseeing audits, implementing process improvements, and driving a culture of quality excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), and experience in regulatory compliance, audits, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the quality assurance strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead the QA team, ensuring effective training, guidance, and performance management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence across the organization.
2. Quality Management Systems (QMS) & Compliance
- Establish, maintain, and improve QMS to comply with industry standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, HACCP, or other relevant regulations.
- Ensure all operations meet regulatory and customer quality requirements.
- Prepare for and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
