Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure that production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met. This role involves supervising employees, monitoring production processes, improving efficiency, and enforcing company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management & Supervision

• Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Assign and monitor work tasks to production staff based on schedules and priorities.
• Ensure optimal use of manpower, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity.

2. Process Optimization & Efficiency

• Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles where applicable.
• Work with maintenance teams to ensure proper machine functioning and minimal downtime.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to resolve defects and non-conformance issues.
• Maintain detailed records of quality checks and corrective actions.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to maintain a safe workplace.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for production employees.
• Investigate and report accidents, near-misses, and safety violations.
