Job Description

The Extruder Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This role involves monitoring machine performance, adjusting settings, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare and set up the extruder machine, load raw materials, and configure settings based on production requirements.

• Process Monitoring: Oversee machine operations, regularly inspect output, and make adjustments to maintain product quality and dimensional accuracy.

• Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks, document results, and collaborate with the quality team to resolve product defects or inconsistencies.
