Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Admission Pointer Associate to guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing information, assistance, and personalized support. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for applicants, helping them understand program requirements, application procedures, and deadlines, while ensuring a smooth and positive admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Guidance: Assist prospective students with filling out application forms, uploading required documents, and meeting application deadlines.
- Information & Counseling: Provide accurate information about programs, courses, admission criteria, fees, scholarships, and campus life.
- Follow-ups & Communication: Manage inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chat) to follow up with applicants, track application status, and resolve queries.
- Data Management: Maintain applicant records in the admissions database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with academic and administrative teams to stay updated on program changes, enrollment targets, and policy adjustments.
- Event Participation: Support admission events like open houses, webinars, or career fairs to engage with potential students.
- Reporting & Feedback: Prepare regular reports on application metrics, student inquiries, and feedback to suggest process improvements.
