We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Regional Admissions Advisor to drive enrollment efforts within a designated geographic region. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, families, and school counselors, providing personalized guidance throughout the admissions process. This role involves traveling to recruitment events, building relationships with local communities, and ensuring a seamless experience for applicants from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment & Outreach:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract prospective students within the assigned region.
- Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and community events.
- Organize and lead informational sessions, webinars, and campus tours (virtual or in-person).

Admissions Counseling & Support:
- Guide prospective students and families through the application, admissions, and enrollment process.
- Evaluate applications, conduct interviews, and assess student fit based on admission criteria.
- Provide personalized advice on academic programs, financial aid, scholarships, and campus life.

Relationship Building & Networking:
- Build strong relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other educational partners.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students and follow up to nurture leads through the admissions funnel.
