Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager – Business LAP to join our team in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, executing strategic plans to exceed regional targets, and building strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, as the candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring the sales team, ensuring high performance, productivity, and goal achievement. They will oversee customer documentation, support application processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential channel partners, maintaining compliance with business SOPs and regulatory guidelines, and managing the distribution network effectively. The role also involves tracking sales promotions, maintaining MIS reports and databases, and providing regular updates on loan status. A key aspect of the role is fostering a customer-centric culture while actively cross-selling insurance and other financial products to enhance business profitability. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in LAP sales within the NBFC industry, a strong network of channel partners, and expertise in team handling, sales training, and performance management.
