Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving home loan sales, executing strategic plans to exceed regional targets, and building strong relationships with DSAs, connecters . This role involves identifying new business sources, maintaining an effective distribution network, and ensuring compliance with business SOPs.
Key responsibilities include area/lane mapping to identify potential customers, managing relationships with assigned sources, and maintaining daily sales reports. The Sales Officer will also be responsible for handling customer documentation, supporting application processes, and ensuring a seamless service experience in collaboration with internal teams. Additionally, the role requires attending team huddles, actively engaging in customer relationship management, and ensuring timely submission of complete application forms and required documentation.
The ideal candidate must have at least six months of field sales experience, preferably in home loan sales, or be an MBA (Marketing) fresher. Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI sector will have an added advantage. The role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, a willingness to travel within the city and outskirts, and a graduate degree in any stream. Candidates must be from the local area and possess a two-wheeler for field visits.
