Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Human Resource Generalist to join our HR team. This role involves handling a broad range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to supporting the organization's HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances and fostering positive relationships between staff and management. Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, helping managers set goals, provide feedback, and ensure employee development. Assist in implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Training & Development: Identify employee training and development needs, coordinate internal and external training programs, and help employees enhance their skills for career progression.
