Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Academic Counselor to provide high-level academic counseling and guidance to students. This individual will be responsible for helping students navigate academic challenges, plan their educational paths, and provide support in achieving their academic and career goals. The Senior Academic Counselor will also oversee a team of academic counselors and work closely with faculty and staff to enhance student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Counseling: Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students regarding academic performance, course selection, degree requirements, and educational goals.
• Career Guidance: Assist students in identifying career paths by helping them explore career interests, develop goals, and navigate internship and job opportunities.
• Academic Planning: Help students create personalized academic plans to ensure they stay on track with their degree requirements, offering advice on course scheduling and academic policies.
