We are looking for a highly skilled HR Manager to manage and optimize the HR functions within our organization. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent development. This individual will ensure that HR practices align with the company’s goals and values while fostering a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and handle grievances. Ensure a positive working environment and maintain strong employee morale.
- Performance Management: Manage and implement performance appraisal systems, coach managers on setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and managing employee performance.
