Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing HR Executive to support and manage HR functions within our manufacturing facility. This role will focus on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance, while ensuring alignment with the manufacturing operations and culture. The Manufacturing HR Executive will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate the recruitment process for production staff and other plant personnel, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs while maintaining quality standards.
• Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing any concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a harmonious work environment. Promote open communication and maintain strong employee morale.
