Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller for our finance industry team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and maintaining a detailed customer database. They will follow up on leads to convert them into loyal customers while effectively explaining loan products, their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria. The role also involves resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the loan pitching process. Additionally, the Telecaller will be responsible for preparing daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and sales performance, while demonstrating basic knowledge of banking and loan products.
