Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven and customer-focused CRM Manager to develop, implement, and optimize our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM platform, leading campaign execution, analyzing customer data, and improving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. This is a key role bridging marketing, sales, and customer experience teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and ensure data accuracy and hygiene.

Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) for acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.

Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to drive personalized communications and offers.

Create automated customer journeys and lead nurturing workflows.
