Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and manage inventory levels, ensure stock accuracy, and coordinate efficient storage and distribution of goods. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for implementing inventory control systems, optimizing stock levels, and preventing shortages or excesses that could impact operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day inventory operations including stock receiving, storage, issuance, and reconciliation.

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.

• Implement and maintain inventory control systems, policies, and procedures.

• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks.

• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock status, slow-moving items, and discrepancies.

• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and production teams to align inventory with business needs.
